Information we process

We store your name, email, password hash, account sessions, purchase and payment references, assigned proxy credentials, service usage totals, and support conversations and attachments. Proxy credentials are encrypted at rest. Security controls may process hashed network identifiers to limit abusive requests.

Payments and infrastructure

Stripe processes payments; we do not store full card details. Hosting, database, email, storage, and infrastructure providers process data needed to deliver the service. These providers may process information outside Singapore.

Proxy traffic

HTTPS traffic is tunneled without decrypting its contents. We meter traffic volumes and service health. Our proxy configuration disables request access logs; we do not intentionally store browsing content. Network providers may retain their own operational records.

Retention and requests

Account, billing, and support records are retained as needed to provide service, resolve disputes, meet accounting requirements, and investigate abuse. Expired sessions and account-action tokens are removed. You can request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us; some records may need to be retained for legal or operational reasons.

Cookies

We use an essential, HTTP-only session cookie to keep you signed in. Stripe may use its own cookies and security signals during payment.
